Where do I start? Wedding days themselves are a combination of a sprint and marathon for a photographer, rolled into one. With many couples opting to wait until after the ceremony to tackle their bride & groom portraits, the window of time post-ceremony is generally an anxiety-inducing circumstance when you have dozens (if not hundreds) of guests inside waiting for your arrival. Every passing minute is one more moment guests keep thinking “gee, they’re still taking photos?”. Some couples opt to do a post-wedding session to get even more out of their gorgeous attire. It’s a low stress environment that yields more photos than you could ever take on a wedding day.
All that being said, dedicated bride + groom sessions are an incredible option. Check out this one taken in the Dallas Fine Arts District!
